Paralysing Obscurity

A point-and-click inspired 2D narrative driven game with a cute and cozy art direction. Developed initially for Game Dev Local's Game Parade 'Spring' Jam. 
Now in further development outside core commitments.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

UI Design

I worked to create a variety of UI elements to fit the darker, gothic but also sleek theming for this visual novel project. Working alongside the main developer to implement the UI assets and elements and create additional scripted screens or adjust scaling and layouts of text and menus with Python, and ensuring we had all needed additional assets to support and enhance the player's experience. I also created the Title-Logo for the project, alongside various promotional graphics for socials.
